Welcome to Brogans Bar & Guesthouse, Located in the centre of a 19th Century woollen mill, built as it was almost two centuries ago from some of the original stone from Trim Castle. Brogan’s Bar & Guesthouse is in the heart of Trim.

Legendry musician, harmonica player & actor Don Baker & his wife Maureen became the new proprietors in November 2016 and went on to refurbish the bedrooms, bars & courtyard.  
Brogans has something for everyone - the traditonal Brogans Bar,   O'Reilly's Gastro Bar serving freshly cooked,  locally sourced food, from 12.30  onwards each day and dishing up Live Music later in the evening.

Our live music/gig venue, Bakers Loft, is located upstairs and reqularly plays host to some of Irelands top international artists.  Bakers Loft holds host to the local music and dramatic talent too - with it's own bar and sound system, Bakers Loft is available for parties & functions, big and small.

Talbot Castle, King Johns castle and the Yellow Steeple are all just 2 minutes walk from Brogan’s. 

 Well situated for exploring the countryside, Newgrange, the Hill of Tara, the River Boyne and Bective Abbey are all close by.

Brogan’s is a 40 minute drive from Dublin Airport and the East Coast. Trim also has a great bus service to Dublin city centre which is approximately 1 hour away.  

Glebe,Trim and Headfort golf courses are all within a 15-minute drive of Brogans.
